Our products (salami, zamponi, cotechini, ciccioli, etc), if stuffed, are mostly in natural gut and without using caseinates, gluten and/or polyphosphates and only national certified meat of heavy pigs.

Our products maintain the old farming traditions that guarantee the traditional flavours of Italian charcuterie.
